I ordered 2 bags, one was all open (the zip lock from where you open it) and the other was broken! And by the look of them- it did not happen during the transport but probably came like this from the warehouse. I got the refund. Also the chicken kibbles have pieces of HAIR in them. Yes, looks like an animal hair (I have photos). Even tough my cats eat them well and they smell OK- I have very serious doubts, of how and from what this food is actually produced and the whole quality seems just off.
