I ordered 2 bags, one was all open (the zip lock from where you open it) and the other was broken! And by the look of them- it did not happen during the transport but probably came like this from the warehouse. I got the refund. Also the chicken kibbles have pieces of HAIR in them. Yes, looks like an animal hair (I have photos). Even tough my cats eat them well and they smell OK- I have very serious doubts, of how and from what this food is actually produced and the whole quality seems just off.

A mis gatos les gusta este pienso, pero lamentablemente, desde que lo comen, el olor de sus heces se ha vuelto muy fuerte en ambos. Así que no lo volveré a pedir.

A mis dos gatos les encanta y es un alimento de muy alta calidad. Es muy importante que reciban una comida sin azúcar, sin cereales y con un alto contenido de carne, sin subproductos.
